As the President of the Kingsport Community Association, it’s my pleasure to welcome you to our neighborhood website and, more importantly, to our community.

 

For nearly 20 years, Kingsport has remained a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood—offering not just beautiful homes, but a strong sense of connection and community. With over 170 homes spread across more than 100 acres, Kingsport offers green spaces, scenic views, and amenities designed for all ages and interests.

 

Residents enjoy access to miles of hiking trails, a kayak launch on Crab Creek, a community pool with a kiddie pool and hot tub, and two playgrounds with picnic areas. Nature lovers will appreciate the variety of birds and local wildlife that make our open spaces feel like a true retreat.

 

Throughout the year, we come together for a wide range of community events—from pool parties to our annual fall festival, Easter egg hunt, and holiday celebrations. There’s truly something for everyone, and we encourage neighbors of all ages to get involved.

 

Our location is also one of our greatest assets. With quick access to I-97, Route 50, downtown Annapolis, the Naval Academy, and the Annapolis Towne Centre, Kingsport combines convenience with comfort.
