REMINDER FOR KINGSPORT RESIDENTS
DESIGN REVIEW APPLICATION PROCESS
 
                  Kingsport residents are reminded that section 7.4 of our Homeowners Association Constitution provides the procedures for the consideration by the Design Review Committee of applications for  approval of improvements to the exterior of our homes and surrounding landscapes and structures. Of particular note, before commencing any improvements, residents must submit a complete and detailed application. That application may be found on our community website.  (DRC Application)
                  Once the Design Review Committee receives a complete application, it has 45 days to make a decision. These decisions are made at regularly scheduled DRC/Covenants committee meetings . During these meetings, applications are reviewed and acted upon. If the information in the application is complete, a decision may be made. However, there are times that the committee may require further information base upon its review. If so, resident applicants will be promptly notified and asked to provide that information as soon as practicable. Once all information is received, the committee will make a decision within the 45 days of receipt of all the complete information.
